We are satisfied with the overall quality but so disappointed that the bag and handle are a lot smaller than the sample we ordered and confirmed. This may seem like a small issue, but because the handle is so much shorter it can no longer be a shoulder bag which is what we wanted and agreed to from the supplier. I am not sure if this was to cut costs by having shorter handles, but it has compromised our offering to our 1400 guests which is really disappointing. We are now out of time to ask for replacements and are hopeful we will at least get some compensation because the product was not as we confirmed, and is not the same as the sample we bought and paid for to confirm our order. If you are ordering bags through this supplier please be aware and confirm the exact measurements of the handle and the actual bag to ensure you are not disappointed.
